A lightweight, real-time detector recognizing Rock · Paper · Scissors hand gestures with YOLOv8-nano. Trained on a custom (mainly left-hand) dataset, reaching mAP50 ≈ 0.93 after 50 epochs, with train / evaluate / webcam-demo scripts to reproduce in minutes.
